Gail Mercer

Gail started her working career in the Legal profession. On rejoining the work force she was offered employment working for one of the trading industry's leading indicator vendors where she was for 8-10 years.

During this time, Gail became immersed in trading and began trading herself, using hundreds of indicators, ranging from pivots, support and resistance to oscillators, divergence, modified Elliott Waves, price patterns, and much more -- she had become an "indicator expert". Currently, Gail's main indicator is simply PRICE.

While an "indicator expert" may sound great, it did not help in her quest to becoming a successful trader. Therefore, Gail threw all the indicators out and began at square one, the business plan.

In 2009, at the Trader's Expo in New York, Gail entered the IBFX currency trading contest. Armed with only highs, lows, and a moving average, she managed to win the contest against seven other currency traders. For those unfamiliar with this contest, they take a day's worth of price data and speed it up to a total of about ten minutes. Now, that is fast trading!

For the past four years, Gail hosts a free Live Trading Room where she teaches both Forex and Indices traders how to approach the markets with exactly the same approach and techniques-- day in and day out.

One of Gail's strengths is her ability to calmly teach people how to trade using a defined rule sets. Gail firmly believes that a trader's success depends NOT on their indicators but their ability to remain focused on what they see on their chart. Additionally, she is an amazing expert in building computers, software and networking.

 Gail currently trades the Futures, Forex, Indices (mini S&P 500, mini Russell, mini Dow, and currency futures) and stocks (long-term). Gail has written numerous articles, including articles for Stocks & Commodities, Traders World, and Financial Sense. Gail was also a guest speaker at the recent Wyckoff Rediscovered Conference in West Palm Beach, FL.

Jessica Escobar

Jessie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Campbell University (B.A. in Business Administration) and handles the day to day operations at TradersHelpDesk.com, as well as the preparation of training materials. Before joining TradersHelpDesk.com, Jessie taught mathematics at the local college. In addition to Jessie's business administration skills, she has also specialized in teaching students with Attention Deficit and learning disabilities. She is new to Forex Markets.
